Welcome to the official website of the William H. Gross Collection. On May 29 a special unreserved public auction of Hawaii – Important Stamps and Postal History will be conducted by Charles F. Shreve and Tracy L. Carey in association with Robert A. Siegel Auction Galleries at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The collection is estimated to realize $2 million or more, and once again Mr. Gross and his wife, Sue, will generously donate the entire auction proceeds to The Smithsonian National Postal Museum and the Hawaii Foodbank, a nonprofit agency that helps provide food to the needy through over 200 charitable organizations on Oahu.

This website has been established to educate, enlighten, and inform the philatelic community, the media, and the general public about this historic series of auctions. We hope you find the information herein useful and edifying.
